Alex Saretsky - Owner / Head Trainer
I'm Alex Saretsky—you may know me better as "The World’s Fastest Cow" sponsored by Cowboy’s Casino and the Calgary Stampeders. When I am not racing fellow Calgarians at the Stampeder’s games, I am enjoying a very rewarding career as a leading Calgary personal trainer. I have the pleasure of working with amazing people as they reach personal bests and achieve their fitness goals.
I've decided to expand my horizons and move from personal training to creating a community space for like minded athletes. We are all about creating a comfortable community atmosphere where everyone is welcome and educated. I am a very energetic person who has a passion for all things sports or fitness related, let me tell you how I spend my spare time:
I compete and hold local, national and World records for powerlifting.
"Powerhouse" a powerlifting group, has close to 100 members now and many of them are coached by our team and hold various records including world and national.
I play both flag and tackle football on local teams and often I can be found playing slo-pitch just for fun.
- When I am not on a field or in a gym, I am spending time with my family.
How did I get so involved with sports? I have always had an innate ability for sports and athletic activities. In my childhood, I was always looking for a good challenge and I found it in taking part in all kinds of sports. In my Junior High years, I found my calling and passion in football. During that time, I developed my skills and became a successful player both defensively and offensively at the Junior level. I am proud to admit I was a three-time All-Star and two-time All-Canadian for my Corner Back skills. Until now, I enjoy my passion for football and have been playing in local men’s leagues.
Alyssa Coulas - Fascial Stretch Therapist and Personal Trainer
I was never into sports or fitness growing up but when I graduated high school I got a personal trainer to help me with my confidence surrounding my body. It turned out getting a personal trainer was the best thing that happened to me. Not only did he change my life and make me a happier, healthier and more confident person, but he helped me realize how much I loved working out. I decided to become a personal trainer so that I could make a difference in people's lives. I found Fascial Stretch Therapy in school and it made a huge difference in my aches and pains and increased my range of motion while squatting and I knew I had to share this modality with other people. I am now a competitive powerlifter and fascial stretch therapist and my goal remains the same, to make a difference in people's lives.

Helping you elevate your lifestyle to reach your ideal wellness.
My keen interest in overall health, wellness and nutrition is motivated by the pursuit of an active lifestyle. Progression in my life, my athletic endeavours, my career as an Ecologist and Forester and challenges in my young family have led me to build and share my passion for wholistic living.
I believe that at the base of our existence we need a strong foundation in our body, mind and spirit. Each person uniquely attains this foundation in many ways during their lifetime. I provide support to women, their friends, partners and loved ones, athletes younger and older, and anyone looking to elevate their life using a combination of strategies based in wholistic nutrition, detoxification, meditation, nature exploration, distance and hands-on energetic balancing. Clients include those balancing a busy career and family life who may be suffering from bowel and gut imbalances, weight and metabolic issues, stress, low energy, or hormone imbalances. Many of my treatments and services are available at a distance or here in Calgary.
I am excited to bring my passions to my clients and look forward to co-creating a balanced, comprehensive approach to wellness.
